It was hard to choose only five, but below are my top picks.
5. Werewolf in London – one of my personal favorites. And you know what…the special effects on this movie are better than some current movies like Twilight 2. I mean the werewolves in Twilight 2 don’t stand a chance against the scene in this movie where the main character turns into you know what. One of the best from the 80′s and beyond, a true horror classic through and through.
4. Chucky – c’mon if you’re a kid (or teen) from the 80′s you know this one head to toe. The red headed step child gone wrong. Very wrong! This one is wicked funny and Jennifer Tilly was awesome.
3. Howling – this one was great because it was unpredictable. Who knew the whole freakin town was in on the “activities”? Another classic.
2. Hell Night – I had to look up the title on this one, because I couldn’t remember the name. All I do remember is that the movie house was up on a mountain, that blond cutie Van Patten was in it and that a one eyed creepy guy scared the crappers out of everyone. Oh and that it was scary!!! Look this one up, it’s good.
1. Halloween – the scariest movie of all time in my opinion. Gave me nightmares for years after seeing it for the first time. What could be more frightening than a mad man on the loose out for blood and for some unknown reason – keeps coming back to life – over and over and over again. lol. What are they on now? Halloween 23. And the creepy music? Gets my heart racing… EVERY TIME.
